Every order is carefully prepared and shipped with attention to detail.

Complimentary Shipping
Orders over $200 USD qualify for free standard shipping within the United States.

Calculated Shipping Rates
Orders under $200 USD are shipped at a flat rate of $12 within the United States.

Processing Time
Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days. During holidays, product launches, or special events, handling times may be extended.

Delivery Time
Standard U.S. shipping typically takes 3–7 business days once shipped.

Shipping times are estimates and may vary due to carrier delays or service interruptions. We currently ship within the United States only.

Once a package has been transferred to the shipping carrier, delivery timing is the responsibility of the carrier. When a shipment has been marked as delivered, it is considered fulfilled and is no longer the responsibility of our store. If a package is marked delivered but cannot be located, customers should contact the shipping carrier directly to file a claim. 

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs, unless the item received was defective or incorrect.

Original shipping costs are non-refundable.

Exchange Shipping

For exchanges, customers are responsible for return shipping costs to send the original item back. We will ship the exchanged item to you at no additional charge.
