Returns & Exchanges
We accept returns and exchanges within 30 days from the date of purchase for unworn, unwashed items that meet the return requirements outlined below.
Return Requirements
To be eligible for a return, items must be returned:
- With the brand garment bag included
- With both hang tags and hanger tag holder attached
- With protective paper placed between silicone grip areas
- Free of marks, odors, makeup, hair, or signs of wear
- Folded neatly to help prevent creasing during transit
Items that do not meet these requirements may not be eligible for a refund.
Items showing evidence of riding, barn use, horse hair, arena footing, dirt, or other signs of use may not qualify for return.
Returns must be approved prior to shipment.
Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs, unless the item received was defective or incorrect.
Original shipping costs are non-refundable.
Refunds
Once the returned item is received and inspected, approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 5β7 business days.
Please note:
- Original shipping charges are non-refundable
- Refunds are issued minus original shipping costs and a restocking fee
A 10% restocking fee may be deducted from eligible refunds to cover payment processing fees, packaging materials, inspection, and restocking costs.
Exchanges
Exchanges are subject to product availability. If a replacement item is unavailable, a refund may be issued according to the refund policy above.
Exchange Shipping: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs to send the original item back. We will ship the exchanged item to you at no additional charge.
Manufacturer Defects or Incorrect Items
If you receive an item that is defective or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.
To assist with your claim, we may request:
- Clear photos of the issue
- Your order number
If the issue is confirmed, we will arrange a replacement or exchange, and return shipping costs will be covered.
Damage resulting from normal wear, riding use, improper care, alterations, or misuse is not considered a manufacturing defect.
Lost or Stolen Packages
Once a package has been marked delivered by the shipping carrier, responsibility for the package transfers to the customer. If a package is lost or stolen after delivery confirmation, customers should contact the carrier directly to file a claim.
How to Initiate a Return
- Contact our support team at hello@enchantedequestrianapparel.com with your order number.
- Once your return is approved, instructions for returning the item will be provided.
